This renovation transforms a turn-of-the-century residence at the Blue Hills Reservation into an Administrative and Visitor Center. We analyzed the wide range of visitor experiences at the 7,000 acre reservation and integrated public needs with administrative functions.

The project included restoration of the exterior to its original character, designing the interior to accommodate both public and internal administrative needs, bringing the building into compliance with accessibility codes, and extensive site work.
