|  | | Master Plan With this project we generated the preliminary design for a mixed use/commercial office tower and developed urban design guidelines for adjacent blocks in the business core of downtown Tampa. Our work included proposals for integrating the historic facades of an existing bank building with the adjacent new tower, massing studies for the project, and a detailed study of downtown Tampa's development history.
