We were able to place this house unusually close to the lake's shoreline, because it matched the footprint of a one story cabin that had previously occupied the site. The living room orients the house toward spectacular views of Lake Wentworth, while ancillary spaces are designed to emphasize a sense of fun in this vacation home.

The house is organized around a central masonry fireplace with an integral stair to the second floor. It has extensive custom woodwork and includes a sectret passage from the children's bedrooms to a hidden play area under the eaves.
